Episode 61: Coach Jesse Carrington on Training & Racing with Power | Sport/Life Balance | Dealing with Race Day adjustments
This week, Coach Dave (follow @BigDave4) is joined by Octane Athletics Training Systems Coach Jesse Carrington (Follow @TriCoachJesse) for a series of athlete submitted questions. Dave and Jesse discuss Training and Racing with Power, the importance of family and balance with respect to your endurance endeavors, and they discuss how to deal with challenging race day changes like the ones that occurred at Ironman Racine 70.3, Ironman Texas and the CapTex Triathlon in Austin, Texas this year. All of those events had significant and unavoidable things that caused course changes, delays and cancellations. It's a great episode. We hope you enjoy it.
